Manufacturing Process

Here at CTReloading we souce all of our brass from local gun clubs and ranges. We clean and polish all once fired brass and deprimed them. The cleaned and deprimed brass are then Rollsized to bring cases back to SAAMI specification. All ammunitions are loaded on commerical Mark-7 Revolutions Reloaders. During reloading the cases are swagged, full length resized and all bullets are seated and crimped with a micrometer dies. Here at CTReloading we use the highest quality of reloading supplies. All ammunitions are loaded with CCI Non-Corrosive Brass Primers, Hodgdon CFE Pistol Powder and Blue Bullte Polmer Coatede heads for high accuracy rounds. Reloaded rounds are test and measured for velocity using a Labrador Chronograph. All reloaded rounds are inspected and case gauge by hand before packaging.
