• PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

  It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

• RETURNS

  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 business days of purchase. (Note 20% Restocking fees on all returns.)
  
  Sales on the following items are final:

  1. Firearms (Including Frames & Lower Receivers)Special orders.
  2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
  3. All Ammunition & Reloading Products
  4. Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics.

• USED FIREARMS

  Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final. Description and photos (if available) are provided by the seller.

• GENERAL FIREARM SALES

  All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. If you place an order on a state restricted item you will be responsible for all shipping fee's plus a 30% restocking Fee Please make sure item is legal in your state before ordering
  
  All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

• New Jersey ----------- A valid/not expired LTC (Firearms License To Carry). No Ammunition magazines and feeding devices over 10 rounds
• New York -------------- Ammunition must be ship to an FFL dealer. No ammunition and feeding devices over 10 rounds
• Washington D.C. ---  No ammuntion sales

• SECURE TRANSMISSION

  All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.

• Credit Card Payment  

   CTReloading Llc. now uses the AVS (Credit Card Address Verification System) on both your Zip code and Address as our primary defense against fraudulent Orders and "Identity Theft". Fraudulent Orders have been on the rise recently so we had to make a change.

  ***AVS electronically matches your Credit Card number to the address on file with your Credit Card Company to ensure the person using the card is the owner. DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD OWNED BY ANYONE BUT YOU THE BUYER OR WE WILL CANCEL THE AUCTION - If your Order's billing address does not match the address on file with your Credit Card Company, then your order will automatically be declined on our side. However, you may have an authorization hold of funds on your account, these funds are not taken by us and will fall off in a few days. Customers who use a PO BOX as a billing address must now register their real physical shipping address (street address) with their Credit Card Company, AVS cannot verify PO BOX addresses as a valid street addresses and therefore will not pass AVS and decline.
  
  To fix this issue if you have to follow the instructions below.
  
  To register your shipping address, simply call the toll free number on the back of your credit card, and tell card company that you would like to add an alternate "ship to" address to your account (it only takes a few minutes). Be certain to provide a "real billing / shipping street address" that is registered with your Credit Card Company to avoid delays.

• ORDER FULFILLMENT

  All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

• ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

  Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

• AMMUNITION PURCHASES

  You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.

• SALES TAX Policy 
  The U.S. Supreme Court found in favor of South Dakota in South Dakota v. Wayfair and determined that the physical presence standard is no longer a requirement for a state to impose a collection responsibility on sellers. In accordance with state and local law, your online purchases from CTReloading LLC. will be taxed using the applicable sales tax or seller's use tax rate for your shipping address.
  Due to these regulations, CTREloading LLC. may be required to be registered with your state to collect sales or use tax, as appropriate, on taxable items shipped to your state. Please note that sales and use tax collected is remitted by CTREloading LLC. to your state taxation authority as required by law when needed.. 

• CTReloading LLC. LIMITED WARRANTY       

  Premium components are used by CTReloading LLC. Ammunition to produce ammunition that is accurate and fires consistently. We inspect our ammunition throughout the production process and take reasonable care in ensuring the safety if its use.The use of firearms is inherently dangerous. The user assumes all risk. CTReloading LLC. makes no warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the use of our products. All ammo sales are final.  We do not offer refunds on ammunition.Our ammunition is manufactured for use in firearms designed to chamber the rounds used and should be adequately cleaned, lubricated, and in good working condition. Shooters should wear eye and ear protection and observe all safety standards regarding the use of firearms. Training in the use of firearms by qualified instructors is the responsibility of the user. Keep firearms out of the reach of children! It is the responsibility of the customer to know the laws and regulations of the state or states to which the product is being shipped before making a purchase. The customer, NOT CTReloading LLC. is fully responsible for all illegal purchases and/or deliveries.

    If you have 5 or more issues with a box of any 50 cartridges or more of ammunition, please retain the packaging and the cartridges and contact us via website. Upon providing us with the cartridges and       packaging, we will provide you with a new box of 50 at no charge.
